Who We Are
Bare & True is a God-centered holistic sanctuary dedicated to fostering spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being. We provide therapeutic services, spiritual and emotional guidance, community gatherings, and creative spaces designed to support renewal and transformation.
We believe that true healing begins in safe, intentional environments rooted in God’s presence. At Bare & True, individuals are invited to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their authentic identity as seen by God. Whether through counseling, worship-centered events, or guided wellness experiences, our goal is to cultivate spaces where hearts are restored and souls find peace.
Serving youth, women, men, couples, and anyone seeking wholeness in God, Bare & True integrates faith-based principles with holistic wellness practices to empower lasting transformation. We partner prayerfully and intentionally to create experiences that awaken purpose, strengthen community, and promote sustainable healing from the inside out.
